Service Limitations

Unless explicitly included in your plan, our services do not cover custom development, major redesigns, content creation, emergency recovery from pre-existing issues, or problems caused by third-party software outside our control. Response times and support allowances depend on your selected plan.

Fees and Payment

Fees are billed according to your chosen plan or written agreement. Subscriptions renew on the billing cycle stated at purchase unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation and Refunds
